Vanessa Gendron (CAN) is a multidisciplinary artist based in Prague, moving between theatre, photography, music, and immersive storytelling. As Founder and Artistic Director of Azyzah Theatre, she creates interactive performances touring Europe and Canada, while her Lavu site-specific projects explore political, emotional, and sensory terrains through dance, music, film, and image. Her singer-songwriter practice and illustrated children’s series, The Adventures of Kiki & Mr. Suits, bring play and imagination into her artistic universe.
Rooted in a humanistic approach, her work extends into Play Therapy Prague, where art and psychology converge to nurture creativity and emotional exploration.
Her photographic and performance series meditate on memory, identity, & reverie.

Oneiroi: Starlite Dreamers – drifting between past and present, analogue and digital, utilizing different materials and textures for effects..

She is exploring dream states, fleeting visions, and the quiet act of witnessing intimate inner worlds with her friends—being, pretending, feeling, becoming, and changing in an instant in an intimate process.
